Established in 1974, Chip Hock Realty & Development started as a small-scale business before booming into one of the most prominent property developers in Melaka, Malaysia. Today, the two-generation family business has set its foot into various developments and property investments both locally and internationally, with a vision to build and develop a high-quality, innovative and sustainable lifestyle.

Chip Hock Realty & Development began benchmarking its quality and standards through its first pioneer township project located in Bukit Beruang, Melaka. The prominent development that started in mid-1990s became the first milestone for the company. Until today, Chip Hock Realty & Development continues to ensure quality lifestyle and a holistic community in Bukit Beruang.

With more than 46 years experience in the business and over 2,000 quality, innovative properties built, the company and its internal stakeholders have now set their foot on projects outside of the historical city. Up to this day, the company has invested its efforts and dedication towards properties both locally and overseas.
